CISCO TO ACQUIRE ASTRIX SECURITY IN REPORTED ~$400M DEAL

Cisco announced its acquisition of Astrix Security in a reported ~$400M transaction, marking Rain Capital’s third exit in six months following Lakera and SPLX.
