November & December | 2025
Portfolio Momentum

November and December marked strong milestones across the Rain Capital ecosystem. Zscaler announced its intent to acquire Rain portfolio company SPLX, while Clover Security raised $36M to accelerate its AI-native product security platform. Portfolio companies Astrix Security and Straiker AI were recognized on Fortune’s Cyber60 list, and Elisity earned a spot on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500.


October| 2025
Portfolio Breakouts

October brought strong activity across the Rain Capital portfolio. Fleak.ai joined the Databricks AI Accelerator and raised a $5M seed round, while SPLX reported record growth. Rain companies Elisity and Seemplicity also received the SINET16 Innovation Award.
